Q: I didn't receive a confirmation email. Help!
A: We don't send confirmation emails at this time. RaceSetups.com sends confirmation messages through the official iRacing Member Forums via Private Messages. This is to verify that you are an active iRacing subscriber, and you are who you say you are. That means that when you see a file available for download on RaceSetups.com, it's been uploaded through that actual driver's account.

Q: I didn't receive a confirmation message in the iRacing forum. Help!
A: Please email us and we will help get your account working manually.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
A: Visit our Forgot Password page to reset your password.

Q: Where do I put setups I downloaded?
A: Setups are placed in your Documents\iRacing\setups\{vehicle} folder.

Q: I have a TradingPaints.com account. Can I use it at RaceSetups.com?
A: Yes! Your TradingPaints.com and RaceSetups.com accounts are interchangeable. One account will work on both sites.

Q: What are groups, and what can they do for me?
A: Groups at RaceSetups.com allow you to select who can see a setup you post. If you do not add a driver to a list, and set the permissions of a setup to read from that list, that driver will not be able to see your setup. This is most useful for leagues and teams who do not want their setups to be publicly viewed. Users who have permission to download a setup must be logged into the site in order to download the private setup. Setups can also be restricted to only iRacing Club members; for example, if you are a member of the Pennsylvania club in iRacing, you can optionally allow only other drivers from Pennsylvania to view and download your setup.
